Acacia Fitness provides a variety of in-home programs to support different degrees of time availability, interest, and needs. Yes, we will come right to your home and train you there! Have a personal training session or series of training sessions with a certified personal trainer in the privacy of your own home. Appropriate equipment will be supplied by Acacia Fitness if necessary.
- each session is 1 hour in duration
- fitness consultation and assessment are provided prior to the initial personal training session
This package is right for you if you are already committed to working out but need a change due to boredom or a plateau. At Acacia Fitness we will create a custom program that will get you the desired results you want, faster.
- 1 Fitness Consultation

- 1 Program Run-Through (to ensure proper form and desired intensity)
This is a great way to jumpstart anyone into a fitness routine. After 6 weeks you will have more energy and will have developed a great fitness base. You will be surprised by how much you can accomplish in only a short amount of time!
- 1 Fitness and Nutrition consultation (at week 1)
- 1 Fitness Assessment (at week 1)
- Fitness training 3 times per week for 6 weeks (18, 1 hour sessions)
- 1 nutrition counseling session (at week 1)
The 3 Month Program is designed to help clients establish a fitness routine. In this time clients will notice more muscle tone, inches lost, and a feeling of increased energy and health.
- 1 Fitness and Nutrition consultation (at week 1)
- 1 Fitness Assessment (at week 1)
- Fitness training 2 times per week for 3 months (24, 1 hour sessions)
- 2 nutrition counseling sessions (at week 1 and week 6)
This program is offered for those individuals that want to learn as much as possible about fitness and health and want to make big changes in their own lives. After 6 months a client can expect to have lost numerous pounds and inches, to have increased energy and health, and to have a new appreciation for fitness and themselves.
- 1 Fitness and Nutrition consultation (at week 1)
- 2 Fitness Assessments (at week 1 and week 12)
- Fitness training 2 times per week for 6 months (48, 1 hour sessions)
- 3 nutrition counseling sessions (at week 1, week 8, week 16)
- 1 grocery store tour
A three month program offered to couples, moms and daughters, friends, brothers and sisters…or any other group of two people that would like to work out and feel better together.
- 1 Fitness and Nutrition consultation (at week 1 – separate or together)
- 2 Fitness Assessment (at week 1 and week 6)
- Fitness training 2 times per week for 3 months (24, 1 hour sessions)
- 2 nutrition counseling sessions/person (at week 1 and week 6)
A three month program offered to those individuals that would like to participate in a program that still offers the custom component personal training offers, but with the added bonus of saving money per session and sharing the experience with a few friends. Consultations and fitness assessments can be done separately if this is more comfortable for members of the group. This program is offered to groups of a minimum 3 people to a maximum of 6 people.
- 1 Fitness and Nutrition consultation (at week 1 – separate or together)
- 2 Fitness Assessments (at week 1 and week 6)
- Fitness training 3 times per week for 6 weeks (24, 1 hour sessions)
- 2 nutrition counseling sessions/person (at week 1 and week 6)

Note on Nutrition Component: For those of you not interested in the nutrition components listed in the packages above, these can be converted to additional fitness sessions.
