  • ½ cup + 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cup oats
  • 1 ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 6 ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup + 2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds

Pre-heat oven to 350º. Cream together almond butter, honey, and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well with your hands. With wet hands or rolling pin, flatten mixture to uniform thickness on oiled pan (8” x 14”). Dough will be stiff but be patient. Bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
